Founder & President Dustin Needle has grown the company to be renowned in Orange County for high performance audio. His passion for great sound and video has fueled our growth as the leading provider of home entertainment systems in Orange County and gained access to the finest products and brands worldwide. From the beginning, Dustin’s focus on customer service has set Elden Audio Video apart. Dustin continues to place a top priority on great customer service, and has learned techniques from a variety of sources.
Dustin and the team at Elden have built one of the greatest audio video companies in Orange County. As home systems become more complex, the research, design, skills, and processes to build and deliver them become more complex as well. We think our expertise provides our clients with the best systems and experience in the market. We use our scale and resources to deliver unmatched solutions providing better sound, video and reliability.
This means Elden always tries to stay one step ahead. For example, the company is a certified electrical contractor, something many audio and video dealers are not. From a service standpoint this means we can pull electrical wiring for your new flat screen without you having to coordinate a separate electrician, and it allows us to instantly troubleshoot electrical based issues interfering with sound or video quality. Employee training in all areas is key, and Dustin notes training is continual, with 40 hours per year the goal for each person.
